Style Savvy: I totally spaced that I owned this dress from Banana Republic. I bought this so many years ago. I remember noticing it several times in my closet a few years back but thought it didn’t fit me anymore for some odd reason. When I stumbled upon it today, my first thought was “meh” but I can’t be shunning my clothes right now because I have 301 days to go until I can purchase something new! So I tried the dress on and it fit perfectly. I fell in love with it all over again. Not to mention I look boobalicious in it (wink). Okay, enough about that. My savvy style tip is color combinations with brown pieces. I usually like pairing blues, pinks, white – yellow and orange depending on the shade. Today’s outfit I used blue accents with my Jeffrey Campbell suede & lucite heels, mod resin necklace, vintage amber bakelite tassel lantern bracelet, gold cuff and watch, and vintage Louis Vuitton clutch bag.

What’s Going On With Me: I’m excited that tomorrow is Monday because that means I can call and email people pertaining to work. I’m so pumped up for business and projects these days I get bummed out when the weekend comes around. Who am I?? I didn’t even rest today. I filmed and edited a new YouTube video on different ways to roll up various styles of jeans for different styles of shoes. Today I went on one of my crazy hikes in the heat no less. I think my body is definitely going to be soar tomorrow. One of my besties from L.A. stopped by for a short visit and joined me on my hike. She’s doing a week long retreat at the Deepak Chopra center here in Carlsbad which is about 10 minutes away from where I live. It was such a treat to have her visit, see where I reside for now, and meet my mom.
OMG! My video finally exported from Final Cut (video editing program I use). Now I’m uploading it to my YT channel. I have to pat myself on the back, for no assistance at all during filming and editing, it turned out pretty damn good. You gotta watch it [click here].
Thoughts: When you’re PMSing don’t go near the freezer aisle that contains Talenti Gelato. I did and now my freezer at home contains many pints of various flavors. AND I just killed a pint of caramel cookie crunch while blogging. Yikes! I better hike more this week!
