Switching things up and adding a little sunshine with this post. Summer is sneaking up on us. How is it half way through the year already?
With the temps heating up and the states slowly opening, time to wear actual clothes again! Although I’ve been wearing outfits with accessories at home, sans shoes. I miss my heels!
Let’s look at the Slip Dress. This style has been around for years and will never go out of fashion. Why? Because it’s very versatile and feels great wearing.
Here are some style options to try with a Slip Dress:
- Dress up with shiny gold jewelry, slick back ponytail, spray tan, mini tote or clutch and open-toe strappy heels for a sexy date night look.
- Layer over a cropped tee with a mock neck and pair with sneakers, bucket hat and crossbody bag for a casual look.
- For the office, wear a slim fit button down over your Slip Dress, button in middle only, cinch waist with a thin belt, pair your boss babe pumps and favorite lip gloss.
- Feeling edgy? Style a mesh/see-thru neon top underneath your Slip Dress with combat boots and leather vest or jacket.
