How to Style a Blazer for Fall

Now that it’s officially Fall, today is October 1st, let’s talk about the MUST HAVE piece of clothing you should own right now. The Blazer. Not your typical black office suit blazer that you’ve had forever and probably should update. And why haven’t you updated that blazer? You’re probably thinking things like, “It’s still in good shape” or “I’d rather spend my money on a new pair of jeans” or “I only wear this to the office so who cares” and so on and so on. Sound familiar?

I’m here to tell you to get your BLAZER game on! Fall season is the perfect time to wear blazers. You’ll also notice blazers galore in the stores too.

A blazer is an easy way to polish your favorite off duty jeans and t-shirt combo. It’s also another way to elevate your look and take it up another style notch. Feel me? Think about your favorite skirt paired with a graphic tee or cami, stylish sneakers, topped with a blazer? Now we’re talking savvy style.

See below how I took this geo printed blazer by H&M (available in stores) from a casual daytime look to an evening look. I’ve also rounded up my favorite blazers you’ll definitely want to own.

P.S. are you part of my #SavvySquad? I’m about to release a free digital download. One that breaks down body shapes and gives true examples of what types of tops and bottoms work best. Signup in the box below or in the pop-up box. Thanks again for stopping by! xx, Maria
