What’s Going On: Making my travels to and from LA and San Diego in 24 hours. I can’t believe I’m admitting this but I breathed a sigh of relief when I knew I was only 30 minutes away from being home in SD. I had an amazing morning in Santa Monica that turned to crap afterwards. I know I shouldn’t let things in my past bug me but when they’re facing me in my present, it’s a little hard to slap a smile on my face and be fine with unnecessary inconveniences. Like hiking up and down 3 flights of stairs, 8 times, lugging boxes of my belongings in a pencil skirt and high heels from my tax man’s office because my ex thought this was better for everyone. Better for who, really? Whatever. AND for the record [insert name here] this is my blog and I can write about whatever the hell I want. I’ve handled this past year with as much grace and dignity one can on a public forum while trying to stay authentic and respectful. So if I want to sound off about something, then I will.
