Style Savvy: Traveling in style doesn’t have to be uncomfortable or sloppy. Finding lightweight cotton fabric pieces, denim with stretch and a coverup to keep warm and pull your outfit together is really all you need. I don’t wear my heels while flying, typically I bring a pair of socks, flip flops or ballet flats in my bag as a footwear alternative.

What’s Going On: I saw this quote floating around one of my social networks today, “Life is like a camera. Just focus on what’s important and capture the good times, develop from the negatives and if things don’t turn out, just take another shot.” A good reminder for the day and the fact that I work with photographers quite a bit, I can totally relate to this.
